How do I get the Warm Home Discount?
In England and Wales it is a one-off rebate on the electricity bill, not cash paid to you. Most people who qualify are paid automatically if the electricity account is in their name or their partner’s name and a qualifying benefit matches. Scotland runs the scheme differently. Northern Ireland is not in this scheme.
